How To Shop

We provide an environment that is as easy as possible to shop. There are many ways to approach shopping online, and depending what business you're in, or offering, you may choose to do things differently.

eXtra Dimensions provide a secure, pay by credit card or paypal system of shopping.

You can click one of two button options when shopping and one will add the products to the shopping cart, and the other option - BUY NOW will take you to the checkout page. It's our way of helping you shop quickly and efficiently.

If you have purchased Software - once the transaction has been approved, you will receive immediate access to the files for download, with a password protected file and the password will be provided in the Customer Area where your orders are visible.

Our simple approach to shopping online is -

• Click on the product category that best suits what you are looking for.
• Click on the sub menu if there are products within that category
• Click on the product for a larger picture if you require more details (although we don't have many details, since the pictures tell most of the story as does the brief description and name)
• Choose Add to Cart to add to your shopping cart - This is the best way if you are going to purchase a few things.

Or, you can Click on Buy Now, if you have only one item to choose, and you will be taken to the checkout page. It adds to the cart and takes to checkout at the same time, saving you extra clicks!

At the checkout stage, we need you to fill in details that include your name, phone number, address, etc. You need to create a user name, which will be required along with a password to log in and check your order. This process is automated, so it won't interfere with the shopping cart process.

When you have gone through this step - you can choose a different postage address, but please make sure your address in the registration process is the same as your credit card address, because on checkout, we don't allow changes here. It's one of our security checks against fraudelent credit card use.

When you have gone through this process, next time you want to buy from us, you simply log into the system when checking out - or you can log in and shop as well. The choice is yours.

To prevent fraudulent credit card use, this website requires the credit card billing address to be supplied at point of registration. This information is carried through to the order processing, but we do allow you to select shipping address, should it be needed.

Once you have made a single purchase on this website, your information is stored for you to log in and proceed with future transactions with fewer steps.
