Terms and Conditions:

This website grants you a non-exclusive limited license to use the Templates, Skin, SkinObjects and Code Snippets sold in a downloadable format through our web site by SkinCovered in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (SkinCovered license) issued by our company.

1. Limited usage is granted upon these conditions: Your membership grants you the rights to use the SkinCovered Membership Skins, Modules, SkinObjects and Code Snippets (Goodie Bag &/or Subscription Based) for your own personal use, or as a reseller (depending upon which plan you purchase)
   
   
2. Personal Use:  A 12 month membership entitles you to use any SkinCovered template on your own websites. Even after your membership expires, you may continue to use the templates on your own websites, but without membership paid up, you will not be granted access to the subscriber forums.
    
3. Reseller Use: If you wish to use the code for multiple clients or sites or you wish to resell our DotNetNuke Skins, Modules, SkinObjects and Code Snippets (Goodie Bag &/or Subscription Based) in your own projects, you will be required to subscribe to the Premium level membership. For example:  You MAY NOT redistribute any code through third party websites, such as Snowcovered or other websites that sell pre finished products for download.  But you may include our code on your client projects as a "value added" service and for "one off" projects.
   
   The Premium level of membership grants unlimited use of SkinCovered Skins, Templates, SkinObjects and Code Snippets as long as the usage complies with the rest of the Terms & Conditions.
   
4. Taxes and GST: GST is applicable to Australian Companies. It will be applied at the time of Checkout. Overseas orders will have no taxes applied to their account.

5. * Not For Profit website may subscribe Personal User Subscription.
   
   
6. Reseller Usage: For professional resellers, our DotNetNuke Skins, Modules, SkinObjects and Code Snippets (Goodie Bag &/or Subscription Based) require annual subscription to allow you to continue selling solutions that use any code downloaded from SkinCovered.com.
   
   
7. Modifications: You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our DotNetNuke Skins, Modules, SkinObjects and Code Snippets (Goodie Bag &/or Subscription Based) to fit your purposes. You may not however redistribute or release and modifications as GPL, BSD or otherwise. You must also not change or remove the copyright information in the header of html, ascx or CSS files. You may however remove the copyright from the footer of SkinCovered Premium Membership templates if needed. Please read the Frequently Asked Questions found in our foums regarding this if you have further questions.
   
   
8. Unauthorized use: You may not place any of our Skins, Modules, SkinObjects and Code Snippets (Goodie Bag &/or Subscription Based) , modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, DVD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from SkinCovered. Please contact us for further information if more clarification is required.
   
   
9. Product and Site Updates: All Skins, Modules, SkinObjects and Code Snippets (Goodie Bag &/or Subscription Based),  are always designed for the latest version of DotNetNuke, but we can give no guarantee, that the templates will run with future versions of the DotNetNuke Application Framework. Members may use the forums to address any issues related to software versions and where possible, updated code snippets will be available.
    
10. Delivery of Downloadable Files: After we have successfully received your payment, your SkinCovered Premium Membership information automatically assigned and you will be notified using the email address you provided. If you have not received notification within 2 hours, please email using our Support Page for support.
    
    Upon logging in with the provided credentials, SkinCovered Premium Membership members will have instant access to the  Skins, Modules, SkinObjects and Code Snippets (Goodie Bag &/or Subscription Based) downloads in their Account page.
    
    Access to the Members Only Forums will also be automatically granted.
    
    
11. Ownership of Code: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our Skins, Modules, SkinObjects and Code Snippets (Goodie Bag &/or Subscription Based), modified or unmodified. All Skins, Modules, SkinObjects and Code Snippets (Goodie Bag &/or Subscription Based) are property of SkinCovered.
    
    You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license or subscription to anyone else without prior written consent from SkinCovered.
    
    
12. After Sales Support: SkinCovered offers these Skins, Modules, SkinObjects and Code Snippets (Goodie Bag &/or Subscription Based), ‘as is’, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you expect or with all 3rd party components and modules.
    
    Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of the DotNetNuke Web Application Framework, but you may request Remote Support (for a fee) from our Support Page.
    
    
13. Members Only: A Premium Members only forum is available to SkinCovered Premium Subscribers. SkinCovered staff will make every attempt to answer forum posts within 24 hours.  While we do not commit to monitor these forums, we reserve the right to respond and answer questions where possible.
    
    
14. As Is Warranty: Our Skins, Modules, SkinObjects and Code Snippets (Goodie Bag &/or Subscription Based) are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our Skins, Modules, SkinObjects and Code Snippets (Goodie Bag &/or Subscription Based).
    
    
15. Use of Content: You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the developer.
    
    
16. Refund policy: Since SkinCovered is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the membership is made, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at our site.
    
    
17. Warranty: SkinCovered does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components such as modules and third party providers.
    
    
18. Compatibility: We test our products using IE 6, IE7, Mozilla 2 and Operat 1.9 (at the time of writing). We do not have any Mac equipment to test our software/skins with, so cannot guarantee their compatibility with MAC operating systems.
