Refunds and Returns Policy
eXtra Dimensions provides a variety of delivery methods, including Software Downloads and delivery of products.  Once a transaction for Software Downloads has been completed, we are unable to refund your monies due to the nature of the product. 
 
We provide14 days support for all software, skins, videos, tutorials, help, support requests that you may purchase from eXtra Dimensions.  If you have purchased from our online store and are unable to use our software for any reason, please use the form provided on this page which will will respond to within 24 hours, by phone or email.

All clients who have purchased through Verisign or Paypal will have access to our support forums where we will make every effort to resolve any problems you may have with out software.  All software that is purchased requires acknowledgement of our Terms & Conditions, prior to final checkout. 

For sales which result in products being delivered via courier, Australia Post, TNT, FedEx, UPS or DHL, every care is taken to deliver your products, we understand that on occasions, stock may arrived damaged or broken. 

If you feel this is the case with your delivery, please contact us immediately, with your invoice number within 7 days of receiving your goods for an exchange.  Postage is NOT included on refunds and returns.  Refunds and exchanges will only be given when we have received the goods back in our office as confirmation of  receipt.  Please submit your problems through our form, so we may contact you within 24 hours, before sending so we can ensure we can resolve the situation as soon as possible.
